Terms and Definitions

1. Website — flowergo.am.

2. FlowerGo / Company — the owner and operator of the Website.

3. Electronic Gift Card (eGift) — a FlowerGo electronic certificate in the form of a unique code that grants the right to pay for FlowerGo goods/services within the face value (remaining balance).

4. Purchaser — the person who paid for the eGift.

5. Holder — the person who uses the eGift to pay for an order.

General Provisions

​

1. The eGift is not a bank card, payment instrument, electronic money, or security.

2. The eGift can be used only on the Website and/or in FlowerGo services specified on the Website.

3. Using the eGift means the Holder agrees to these Rules and the terms and conditions published on the Website.

Face Value, Currency, and Validity Period

​

1. The eGift face value is set by FlowerGo and is indicated at the time of purchase.

2. All eGift transactions are processed in AMD.

3. The eGift validity period is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular promotion/offer). After the validity period expires, any unused balance may be canceled if permitted by law.

Purchase and Receipt of an eGift

​

1. The eGift is purchased on the Website (and/or by another method specified by FlowerGo).

2. After payment, the eGift is provided to the Purchaser in the form of a code:

3. on the order confirmation page and/or sent to the specified email address (if supported by the Website functionality). The Purchaser must verify the accuracy of the provided details (for example, the recipient’s email address if the eGift is sent to a recipient). FlowerGo is not responsible for consequences caused by incorrectly provided details.

Activation

​

1. The eGift is activated automatically after payment is confirmed (unless otherwise stated on the Website).

2. FlowerGo may conduct checks of eGift transactions to prevent fraud and abuse.

Using an eGift

​

1. An eGift may be used to pay for an order in full or in part within the available balance.

2. If the order total exceeds the eGift face value (balance), the Holder may pay the remaining amount using any other payment methods available on the Website.

3. If the order total is less than the eGift balance, the unused portion remains on the eGift and may be used later during the validity period (unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular eGift/promotion).

4. The eGift cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. It is prohibited to use an eGift for fraudulent purposes, as well as to sell/resell an eGift for commercial purposes if this violates the law or these Rules. FlowerGo may refuse service if abuse is suspected.

Balance Check

​

1. The eGift balance is recorded in the FlowerGo system.

2. Balance check methods depend on the Website functionality and may include: display during checkout, in the personal account, and/or via FlowerGo customer support.

Returns and Cancellations

​

1. In case of a product return/order cancellation where the order was paid fully or partially with an eGift, the amount paid with the eGift is returned to the eGift (by restoring the balance), unless otherwise required by law or the terms of a specific promotion.

2. Funds paid for a purchased eGift are non-refundable, except as provided by applicable law.

3. If an order was paid using both an eGift and cash funds, the refund is processed according to the payment methods: to the eGift — in the amount deducted from it, and to the original payment method — in the amount paid with cash funds (unless otherwise required by law).

Security and Loss of Code

​

1. The eGift code is equivalent to access to its balance. The Holder must keep the code confidential and not share it with third parties.

2. In case the code is lost/disclosed, FlowerGo is not obliged to restore the eGift or compensate the lost balance if there is no technical ability to reliably identify the lawful Holder.

3. If technically possible and with sufficient proof, FlowerGo may (but is not obliged to) block the eGift and transfer the remaining balance to a new one.

Relation to the Bonus Program

​

Earning and redemption of FlowerGo Coins (FC) is governed by the rules of the “FlowerGo Coins” bonus program and the terms published on the Website.

Amendments to Rules and Suspension of Transactions

​

1. FlowerGo may amend these Rules unilaterally. The current version is published on the Website.

2. FlowerGo may temporarily suspend eGift transactions for technical reasons or for security purposes.

Dispute Resolution

​

For questions and disputes related to FlowerGo electronic gift cards, initial review of inquiries is carried out by FlowerGo customer support. The final decision is made by FlowerGo within the limits permitted by applicable law.
