Terms and Definitions

1. Website — the flowergo.am website.

2. Program — the “FlowerGo Coins” bonus program.

3. Participant — a person (an individual) registered on the Website who purchases goods for personal, household, or family use and who is 18 years old at the time of registration.

4. FlowerGo Coins (FC) — bonus units (points) credited to the Participant under the Program.

Rules of the Bonus Program

​

1. To participate in the Program, the customer must register on the Website by providing the required information (for example, name, phone number and/or email address) and creating an account using the methods available through the Website functionality.

2. Participation in the Program is free of charge.

3. FlowerGo Coins are displayed in the user’s profile on the Website.

4. By registering for the Program, you give consent (this consent may be withdrawn by you at any time. If you do not consent, participation in the Program is not possible):

• to the processing of your personal data;

• to sending you information, including advertising and/or marketing content, about changes to the Program rules, as well as about goods, works, and services;

• to sending electronic receipts after a purchase through the communication channels you specified using information technologies (email, phone, personal account on the Website, messengers, etc.).

Earning FlowerGo Coins

​

1. Base accrual of FlowerGo Coins: 5% (five percent). Coins are credited based on the amount paid in cash after all discounts are applied.

2. FlowerGo Coins are automatically credited to the Participant’s bonus account on the day of purchase after payment.

3. When exchanging/returning a product of proper quality, the FlowerGo Coins credited for the purchase of that product are deducted from the Participant’s bonus account.

4. When exchanging/returning a product of improper quality, the FlowerGo Coins credited for the purchase of that product remain in the Participant’s bonus account (are not deducted).

5. FlowerGo may, at its discretion, establish other grounds (cases) for crediting and/or not crediting FlowerGo Coins, including for certain categories of Participants.

Using and Refunding FlowerGo Coins

​

1. A Participant may use FlowerGo Coins to pay for purchases under the terms specified on the Website (including any minimum order threshold, if установлен).

2. Redemption rate: 20 FC = 1 AMD.

3. When paying with FlowerGo Coins, any number of available FlowerGo Coins may be used at the Participant’s discretion (unless otherwise provided by the terms of a specific promotion/offer).

4. FlowerGo Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. A Participant may not: gift, sell, or otherwise transfer FlowerGo Coins or the right to receive them to other Participants or any third parties; pledge FlowerGo Coins or the right to receive them or otherwise encumber them and/or the right to receive them.

6. In case of returning a product that was paid for partially or fully with FlowerGo Coins, the FlowerGo Coins will be returned to the Participant’s bonus account within 24 hours.
   Exception: FlowerGo Coins credited as part of promotional campaigns — the validity period and refund procedure for such Coins are determined by the terms of the specific promotion.

7. If a Participant pays with FlowerGo Coins for two (2) or more items and then returns one of them, FlowerGo Coins are not returned to the Participant’s bonus account.

Other Terms

​

1. If a Participant wants to opt out of the Program, block the account, or change personal data, they must contact FlowerGo support (contacts are provided on the Website) and, if necessary, provide information for identification.

2. FlowerGo will make every effort to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of Program Participants, in particular by using personal data strictly for the purposes of participation in the Program.

3. FlowerGo has the right to unilaterally block a Participant’s bonus account if FlowerGo has reasonable grounds to believe that FlowerGo Coins are being used unfairly.

4. FlowerGo is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized use of a Participant’s FlowerGo Coins and access to their bonus account and personal data due to the Participant’s fault and/or negligence; in cases of unlawful actions of third parties; or in case of force majeure.

5. FlowerGo has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Program at any time. Updated terms are published on the Website.

6. For technical reasons (communication failures, power outages, equipment/software disruptions, etc.), FlowerGo has the right to temporarily suspend FlowerGo Coins operations.

7. Only one bonus account may be opened per Participant.

8. FlowerGo Coins may be deducted at FlowerGo’s initiative without prior notice to the Participant if they were credited by mistake, as a result of actions by the Participant or another person containing elements of bad faith, or on other grounds determined by FlowerGo.

9. FlowerGo may terminate any Participant’s participation in the Program and block/cancel the bonus account without notice in cases where the Participant violates the Program terms, commits actions with signs of fraud/abuse, or if purchases are made for business purposes (for resale), etc.

Dispute Resolution

For any disputes related to the "FlowerGo Coins" bonus program, the final decision rests with FlowerGo.
